Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. This involves discussing budgets, property types, and preferred locations.

2. **Property Listings**: Create detailed property listings that highlight features and benefits. This includes taking quality photos and writing compelling descriptions to attract potential buyers or renters.

3. **Market Research**: Stay updated on local market trends and pricing to provide clients with accurate information. Research comparable properties and analyze regional market data to advise clients effectively.
