We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and organized Director of Student Welfare & Campus Experience to lead the holistic development, safety, and engagement of students across our multi-campus educational institution. In this vital leadership role, you will champion student success outside the traditional classroom, creating a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive campus culture that fosters mental well-being, leadership, and community engagement.

The ideal candidate blends strong administrative governance with high emotional intelligence, a passion for student advocacy, and extensive experience in managing student services, residential life, and campus activities at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Student Welfare & Support Services: Oversee comprehensive student support frameworks, including mental health counseling, guidance services, anti-bullying initiatives, grievance redressal, and health/wellness programs.

Campus Life & Engagement: Design, budget, and execute a dynamic calendar of extracurricular activities, cultural festivals, sports events, clubs, and student leadership organizations to enrich campus life.

Residential & Hostel Management: Direct the operations, safety protocols, discipline, and facility standards for on-campus student housing and dining services (if applicable).

Student Governance & Advocacy:



Act as the primary liaison between the student body, student councils, and institutional administration, fostering transparent communication and constructive dialogue.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Foster a welcoming, secure, and inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and ensures equitable access to institutional resources for all students.

Crisis Management & Safety Protocols: Collaborate closely with campus security, legal, and administrative teams to manage student emergencies, crisis response, behavioral interventions, and safety compliance.

Policy Formulation: Develop, update, and enforce student code of conduct guidelines, residential rules, and campus life policies in alignment with institutional values and statutory regulations.

Data & Feedback Analytics: Implement regular satisfaction surveys and feedback loops to measure the student experience, track retention factors, and continuously improve campus services.
