Coordination & communication with all concern departments . Billing, Estimation, Contract, Site Store, Contractors etc.

Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly work reports with material consumption.

Handling Finishing activity . Plumbing / Electrical / Carpentry / Tiling etc

Preparing all site work checklist / keeping records of all material testing etc

Workout the requirement of materials required for construction.

Planning & Execution of Site work as per Design & Drawing.

Strategic & Operational Decision Making.

Maintaining quality work at site.

Final handover flats to Maintenance department / client.

Ensuring the health, safety,



security & setting on project site.

Knowledge of All Form work, Shuttering is necessary.

Experience in High Rise Building, RCC & finishing Work is Essential.

Ready to accept any other technical responsibility other than specified above given by the superiors.
