We are looking for a skilled BPO Telecaller to join our team in Mathura. This role is suitable for female candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience and a minimum education of 12th pass.
As a BPO Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers over the phone. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers professionally via phone calls, addressing their queries and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. **Lead Generation**: Identify potential sales leads through conversations, collecting necessary information to assist the sales team in converting leads into customers.

4. **Product Knowledge**:
Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and promote features effectively during calls.

Required Skills and Expectations:
