What We're Looking For :

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in brand management/brand marketing

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field

- Experience in FMCG, food, consumer, sustainability or consumer-facing brands preferred

- Strong understanding of Indian consumers and market dynamics





- Experience across digital and offline marketing

- Strong brand strategy and campaign management skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Robust agency/vendor and stakeholder management capability

- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
