**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** Reach out to potential customers to inform them about our products and services, aiming to generate interest and sales.

- **Handle Inbound Queries:** Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.

- **Maintain Customer Database:** Update and manage the customer database regularly to keep all information current and accurate for future follow-ups.

- **Record Call Details:** Document all calls made and the responses received, ensuring proper tracking of customer interactions and sales progress.

- **Follow Up on Leads:** Contact previous leads to rekindle interest and potentially convert them into customers by discussing offers and promotions.
