Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment and Selection**: Engage in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline that meets organizational needs.
2. **Employee Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture and understand their roles.
3. **Training Coordination**: Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
