Aryu Enterprises is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a fresher, you will play a key role in driving sales and customer engagement through inbound and outbound calls. You will interact with customers to promote our products and services, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.

Any relevant internship, project, or part-time experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients or existing customers to promote products/services.
Answer inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide information.
Maintain a clear record of conversations with customers and clients.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and promptly.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
Update and maintain customer information in the database.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
Valuable listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
