Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, interact with prospective parents, provide information about the school, and support the admissions team in generating and converting enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective parents and follow up on admission enquiries.

Attend inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding admissions, courses, fee structure, facilities, and school activities.

Explain the school's academic programs, facilities, and admission process to parents.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective parents and update enquiry status.

Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and appointments for parents.

Maintain and update student/parent enquiry records in CRM or Excel.

Coordinate with the Admissions and Outreach team to ensure timely follow-up.

Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and admission conversion targets.





Handle parent queries professionally and resolve basic concerns or escalate them to the concerned department.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Maintain a skilled and courteous approach while communicating with parents.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English and Hindi.

Pleasant, confident, and persuasive communication style.
