Role Description The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for planning, creating, and refining high-quality content that supports Lumenore’s brand, products, and thought leadership. This full time, on-site role is based in Bhopal and involves developing web pages, blogs, case studies, white papers, and marketing collateral tailored to technical and business audiences.

Writer will collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to translate complex analytics and AI concepts into clear, engaging narratives. Daily responsibilities include managing content calendars, aligning messaging with content strategy,



ensuring consistency of tone and style, and optimizing content for digital channels. The role also includes conducting interviews with subject matter experts, maintaining editorial standards, and contributing to content performance reviews and improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and audience-focused materials.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to plan effective content initiatives and develop insights-driven narratives.
- Candidates should possess Proofreading and editorial skills to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Experience writing for B2B technology, SaaS, or data/analytics products is highly beneficial.
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in a senior content or editorial role, including ownership of content calendars and stakeholder collaboration.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing principles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
