Role Description The Senior Construction Project Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Guwahati/Silchar/Aizawl/Agartala, responsible for overseeing end-to-end construction projects from planning through completion. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Daily tasks include leading project teams, reviewing designs and specifications, monitoring construction progress, and addressing in office issues and risks.

Manager will collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, prepare progress reports,



and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards. The role also includes optimizing project workflows, supporting quality control, and contributing to continuous improvement of construction management practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills, with experience overseeing large or complex projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Coordination abilities to manage schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess effective Budgeting skills, including cost estimation, financial tracking, and variance analysis.
- Candidates should possess excellent leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution skills to guide on-site teams and partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess good written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with project management and construction-related software tools.
- Relevant academic qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior construction project management role, especially in commercial or industrial projects, is highly beneficial.
