Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Administrator with strong expertise in CI/CD, DevOps, Salesforce deployment automation, and cloud platform administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing enterprise-grade deployment pipelines, implementing DevSecOps best practices, and supporting global Salesforce Health Cloud implementations across multiple environments and regions.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD Pipeline Management

- Design, develop, and manage end-to-end Jenkins CI/CD pipelines integrated with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git repositories, and automated validation frameworks.
- Enable seamless, secure, and efficient Salesforce deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Optimize deployment workflows to improve release velocity and platform reliability.

Release & Setting Management
- Implement and govern multi-org branching strategies and release workflows, including Global Development Org (GDO), Regional Development Org (RDO), feature branches, and release branches.
- Ensure metadata consistency, version control discipline, and controlled promotion of code and configurations across environments.
- Coordinate release schedules and manage deployment dependencies across multiple teams.

Deployment Automation & Reliability
- Drive deployment automation with built-in validation, rollback, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms.
- Establish automated quality gates to minimize deployment risks and production disruptions.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and implement continuous improvements to release processes.

DevSecOps & Compliance
- Embed DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines by integrating:
- Security and vulnerability scanning tools




- Secrets and credential management
- Compliance and policy validation checks
- Automated audit and governance controls
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.

Global Health Cloud Support
- Support multi-country Salesforce Health Cloud implementations by coordinating global releases and environment management activities.
- Manage region-specific configurations, deployment schedules, and localization requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards across different geographies.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in Cloud Administration, DevOps, or CI/CD Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Jenkins
- Salesforce DX (SFDX)
- Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
- CI/CD pipeline design and automation
- Release Management
- DevSecOps practices
- Experience managing multi-environment and multi-org Salesforce deployments.
- Knowledge of deployment validation, rollback strategies, and monitoring frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance controls.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
- Exposure to containerization and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise release governance and change management processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Jenkins, DevOps, Cloud Platforms, or Security are preferred.
