Casad Consultants is a leading engineering and BIM solutions provider specializing in infrastructure, utilities, and construction modelling for large-scale projects worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced Civil 3D Modeller with solid expertise in roads, wet utilities, dry utilities, and underground infrastructure . The ideal candidate should be proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, capable of developing coordinated 3D models and design drawings, and experienced in Navisworks-based model coordination and clash detection.

Experience working on international infrastructure projects in the United States or Middle East will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed and accurate 3D infrastructure models using Autodesk Civil 3D for:

• Road networks and corridors
- Potable water networks
- Sewer networks
- Stormwater and drainage networks
- Treated effluent networks
- Electrical LV/HV networks
- Telecom and ICT duct networks
- Street lighting networks
- CCTV and other underground utility networks

- Develop road models including alignments, profiles, assemblies, corridors, surfaces, grading, intersections, and associated infrastructure elements.
- Create and manage utility networks, profiles, sections, crossings, and interfaces within Civil 3D.
- Develop design drawings and construction documentation directly from Civil 3D models, including plans, profiles, sections, details, schedules,



and other required drawing deliverables.
- Prepare model-based drawings suitable for design development, tender, IFC, and construction documentation , as applicable to the project.
- Create and coordinate multidisciplinary models in Autodesk Navisworks .
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks, identify hard and soft clashes, review interfaces between roads and utilities, and support resolution of coordination issues.
- Interpret engineering design information, drawings, specifications, survey data, and other project inputs and translate them into accurate 3D models.

Required Technical Skills

- Autodesk Civil 3D – Advanced proficiency
- Autodesk Navisworks – Advanced proficiency
- Strong understanding of road and infrastructure modelling workflows .
- Strong experience in wet utility and dry utility modelling .
- Ability to generate 2D design and construction drawings from Civil 3D models.
- Strong understanding of surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, pipe networks, pressure networks, assemblies, sections, and grading.
- Ability to understand and work with survey/topographic data and existing-condition models .
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary model workflows.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Candidates with experience working on infrastructure projects in the United States or Middle East will be strongly preferred.
