DTS is looking for a highly skilled and experienced senior Cadence Allegro PCB Design Engineer to join our team in India.

:

Designing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for Semiconductor Test applications using Cadence Allegro software.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Design PCB layouts for medium to complex (mixed signal, RF and high-speed) designs, using Cadence Allegro software.
- Generate manufacturing files and produce supporting documentation for these designs, including Gerber, fabrication, and assembly drawings.
- Develop own schematic symbol library, and footprint library if and when required.
- Liaise with customers on design requirements.
- Must be available to support customers on urgent designs beyond office hours if required.
- Manage assigned projects of junior designers and verify their work if necessary.

Experience Requirements:

- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years as a PCB Designer.




- Minimum of 3 years using Concept HDL and/or ORCAD for schematic and Cadence Allegro for board layout.
- Thorough knowledge of the ECAD design process, from schematic capture to layout to design outputs and documentation.
- Experience in semiconductor industry and knowledge of the automated test equipment (ATE) environment is a must.
- Experience in skill/script writing in Cadence Allegro is a plus.
- Pads/Altium Knowledge is a plus.
