Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis and equity knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and senior management.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Mandatory Skills
- Solid Business Analysis skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of equity markets and financial instruments.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
- Proven experience in managing projects within the equity domain.
