About the RoleMaedian Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, experienced, and technically strong Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept development through execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design and development of residential, commercial, institutional, and other projects.
- Develop design concepts, schematic designs, detailed drawings, presentations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings and ensure design intent is accurately translated into construction.
- Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution, quality, and adherence to approved drawings.
- Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, design details, and technical documentation.
- Guide junior architects and designers and review their work.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Identify design and execution issues and provide practical architectural solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, codes, and local development guidelines.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, site meetings, and project reviews.




- Maintain proper documentation and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- 6–10 years of relevant qualified experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of materials, construction details, and architectural specifications.
- Excellent design, presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle projects and manage multiple deliverables.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred CandidateWe are looking for someone who combines creative thinking with strong technical execution and can take ownership of projects from the initial design stage to completion.
