Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role based in Bengaluru South.

The Senior

Architect will lead end-to-end design for corporate interior projects, including concept development, space planning, design detailing, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include translating client requirements into innovative design solutions, preparing drawings and presentations, reviewing and refining design deliverables, and ensuring alignment with brand standards and project budgets. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, site teams, contractors,



and vendors to resolve design issues, oversee quality, and support timely execution.

The Senior

Architect will mentor junior team members, contribute to design reviews, and stay updated on materials, technologies, and workplace trends relevant to commercial interiors.

Qualifications

- Robust architectural design and space planning skills, with proven experience in commercial office, hospitality, or retail interiors.
- Proficiency in architectural and interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and familiarity with presentation tools.
- Solid understanding of building codes, construction detailing, materials, and interior fit-out processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and defend design concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding design teams, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional project teams.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in corporate interior design firms or large-scale commercial projects in India is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to inclusive, safe, and sustainable design practices and openness to ongoing learning in workplace design trends.
