- Strong experience in Philippines recruitment
- Hands-on experience with APAC / SEA hiring
- Robust technical recruitment experience across IT roles
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & direct sourcing
- Experience hiring for niche technology skills
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
- Experience with ATS, recruitment reporting and hiring metrics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
