Role: AI/ML Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of advanced AI systems across Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Computer Vision, and intelligent automation.

You will drive technical innovation, build production-ready AI solutions, and mentor junior engineers.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Development & Research

- Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions using ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Build solutions involving NLP, Computer Vision, multimodal AI, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
- Develop and optimize LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI workflows.
- Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models, including LLMs and VLMs.
- Research, prototype, and productionize state-of-the-art AI techniques.

Model Optimization & Deployment

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, latency, and real-time inference.
- Apply quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation for cloud and edge deployments.
- Deploy AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and modern model-serving frameworks.
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and observability.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices.
- Maintain clear technical documentation.

Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP

Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, LangSmith, Evidently AI

Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or related domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Hands-on experience building LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI applications.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Transformers, Prompt Engineering, and contemporary NLP.
- Experience with Computer Vision and optimized model deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to translate research into scalable, production-ready systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field.
