Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and explaining course structures, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes. The counselor will manage leads, follow up with prospective learners, and support conversions through consultative discussions and admission presentations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with academic and operations teams, maintaining accurate records in admissions systems,



and ensuring a positive, qualified experience for every learner. The role also includes participating in events, webinars, and outreach activities to strengthen awareness of FinTram Global’s programs.

Qualifications

- Solid interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively counsel and guide prospective learners.
- Demonstrated customer service skills to provide responsive, learner-centered support throughout the admissions journey.
- Proven sales skills to manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments in a consultative manner.
- Understanding of the education domain, preferably with exposure to professional or higher education programs, certifications, or counseling.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or education is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education sales is highly desirable.
