Experience – 8 to 14 Years

Job Location - Chennai/Bangalore

:

- Project management and tracking one or more projects independently with minimal supervision – understanding the requirement, creating a project plan, sourcing resources & allocation, tracking development & testing, identifying dependencies, resolving road blocks, providing feedback, taking the project from initiation through release, work with customers for Go-Live with ample deployment experience

- Should have working experience delivering projects using Waterfall, Agile methodologies Scrum & Kanban; SAFE is a plus.

- Should be strong on reporting with knowledge on Microsoft MPP, Excels, Pivots, EVM is a must.

- Proficient in Project related Metrics, incremental delivery, tracking and creating Dashboards

- Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.

- Platforms exposure required –JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint

- Should have robust on communication and presentation skills

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP) is a PLUS

Must have an eye for details, people oriented, effective communicator, understand the technical aspects and have a passion to work with customers
