We are looking for an experienced Senior Education Counsellor to handle student counselling, admission enquiries, lead follow-ups, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, fees, and admissions.
- Manage and follow up with assigned leads.
- Convert qualified leads into applications and admissions.
- Maintain CRM and lead records.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.
- Handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with colleges and internal teams.
- Support junior counsellors when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong follow-up, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Experience with CRM/lead management is preferred.
