Admission Counsellor / Enrollment Advisor – EdTech Courses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals
- Explain available courses, training programs, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities
- Counsel students and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with interested candidates and admission leads
- Convert enquiries into successful enrollments
- Assist students throughout the application and admission process
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions
- Build professional relationships with students and parents
- Coordinate with the admission, marketing, and training teams

ELIGIBILITY

- Intermediate / 12th Pass
- Pursuing Graduation
- Graduate Freshers

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong client/student interaction skills
- Confident and persuasive communication
- Good listening and counselling ability
- Positive and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel / MS Word / PowerPoint
- Comfortable with telephone and online communication
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and willing to learn
