About WYLDWYLD is a Mumbai-based creator and content ecosystem platform building products like WYLD Card and a Brand Community App, powered by proprietary tech including WYLD Score and WYLD Intelligence. We're looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to own our financial operations as we scale.

Role OverviewWe're hiring a Senior Accountant to independently manage end-to-end accounting, payroll, and MIS reporting for WYLD. This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who can operate with minimal supervision, bring structure to financial processes, and generate reports that support founder-level decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Business Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports (P&L;, cash flow, burn rate, unit economics)
- Build and maintain dashboards for founder and investor reporting
- Support fundraise/due-diligence data rooms with accurate financial documentation





Accounting & Compliance

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other statutory compliance
- Coordinate with external CAs/auditors for audits and annual filings
- Maintain accounts payable/receivable and vendor payment cycles

Payroll

- Maintain payroll compliance and employee reimbursements
- Liaise with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll updates

Requirements

- Solid command of Tally and Excel/Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll compliance in India
- Ability to independently build MIS reports from raw data
- High ownership mindset — comfortable working directly with founders
