Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts professional with 5–10 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Journal Entries.

- Handle bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other applicable statutory returns.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to finance and accounts.

- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate with internal teams for timely closure.

- Verify invoices, expenses, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.

- Assist in monthly closing and year-end closing activities.

- Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory,



and tax audits.

- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis as required.

- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Practices.

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Hands-on experience in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.

- Robust knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
