Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Semi Qualified CA role based in Delhi, India. The professional will assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits, including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting accounting and bookkeeping activities, and assisting in direct and indirect tax compliances, returns, and assessments.

The role also involves working on assurance and advisory assignments, conducting financial and tax research, and preparing working papers and client presentations.

Qualified CA will collaborate with senior team members, interact with clients,



and help maintain compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Progress towards Chartered Accountancy qualification (cleared CA Intermediate / IPCC or equivalent); strong academic foundation in accounting and finance.
- Hands-on experience in accounting and bookkeeping, including preparation of financial statements and ledgers.
- Exposure to statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit procedures, including working paper preparation and documentation.
- Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including return filing, basic tax planning, and compliance with Indian tax laws.
- Familiarity with assurance and business advisory services, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (such as Tally or similar platforms); comfort with digital tools and documentation.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a cooperative workplace.
- Prior internship or article-ship experience in a CA firm is preferred.
