About The Role MitKat is looking to hire Security Shift Manager for its Global IT MNC Client. This position will be an embedded position and the job locations will be Hyderabad/Chennai. Responsibilities
- Guard Force Management:
- Ensure guard deployment as per design, Giving Instructions, Discipline and Turnout, Duty Post and Employee interaction related Training.
- Incident Response
Physically Fit and Mentally alert to respond with a small Guard Patrolling team to Security Incidents like:Our ambition: Enable C-suites to act faster, smarter, and with absolute confidence—driving rapid digital transformation in risk management.
- Attempt for Unauthorized entry at Gate.
- Fire Incidents
- Support employees to reach OHCs on medical Emergency.
- Theft attempt
- Traffic violations by vendor vehicles inside campus etc.
- Technological Interface
- Good knowledge of Access control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Intrusion detection Systems.
- Should be able to support the department in trouble shooting and fixing the devices downtime by working closely with Operators and AMC vendors.
- Business Support
- Facilitate Customer and other Guest Visits.
- Participate in Security Control Audits.
Basic Requirements, And Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years Experience of Core Security Operations/Loss Prevention in Large Company, preferably in Service Sector.
- Fluent in English and regional Language.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Basic Excel, and Power Point, able to generate daily security related incident reports.
- Valuable supervisory skills and ability to command man power.
- Any Graduation, NCC exposure will be a Plus.
