Role Description The Security Guard role at Erayaa Builders & Developers LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Security

Guard is responsible for safeguarding company property, project sites, and individuals by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring access points. Day-to-day tasks include patrolling designated areas, checking identification or entry permissions, reporting suspicious activities, and responding to security incidents according to company protocols. The role also involves assisting visitors, guiding clients and vendors within the premises, and coordinating with management and local authorities when required.

Guard is expected to maintain accurate logs, follow safety guidelines, and uphold a skilled, respectful demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
- Candidates should possess skills in Physical Security and Private Security practices to monitor premises, control access, and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Security awareness to help protect employees, clients, and contractors on-site.
- Relevant experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role in real estate, construction sites, or commercial premises is preferred.
- Ability to remain alert, act calmly in emergencies, and follow established safety and security procedures.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to maintain clear records and reports.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Physical fitness sufficient for standing, patrolling, and performing routine security duties; prior training or certification in security, safety, or first aid is an advantage.
