Penetration Tester / Security Consultant – OSCP

We are not looking for candidates who only run scanners and report tool-generated findings . Candidates should demonstrate the ability to think independently, manually validate vulnerabilities, understand attack and defense perspectives, and provide practical recommendations based on business risk .

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Web, API, Network, Infrastructure, and Mobile Penetration Testing .
- Perform manual vulnerability validation, exploitation, privilege escalation, and post-exploitation.
- Support Red Team and adversary simulation activities.
- Use tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus, Wireshark, and Kali Linux .
- Prepare technical reports, risk ratings,



business impact, and remediation recommendations.
- Work directly with technical teams and clients on findings and remediation.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of hands-on penetration testing experience.
- OSCP – Mandatory.
- Strong manual testing and exploitation skills.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, Windows/Linux, Active Directory, networking, and cloud security .
- Robust understanding of privilege escalation and post-exploitation.
- Good client communication and technical reporting skills.
- Consulting or Red Team experience is preferred.
