Your Role And Responsibilities Project Governance & Planning

- Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project management methodologies and governance standards.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Conduct project health checks and governance reviews.

Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Track key project metrics, KPIs, budget utilization, and resource allocation.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze project performance and highlight potential risks or deviations.

Risk & Issue Management
- Maintain project risk and issue registers.
- Track mitigation plans and follow up on action items.




- Escalate critical risks and project concerns appropriately.

Financial Management
- Track project budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and forecasts.
- Monitor project spend against approved budgets.
- Support financial reconciliation and reporting activities.

Resource & Capacity Management
- Monitor resource allocation and utilization across projects.
- Coordinate with functional managers to address resource requirements.
- Maintain resource planning and capacity reports.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Facilitate project review meetings and governance forums.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Documentation & Process Improvement
- Maintain project repositories and documentation.
- Ensure version control and compliance with audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and reporting mechanisms.

Preferred Education Master's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or related

field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification preferred.
- 3–10 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Program Management, or Project Management

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

- Experience working in IT, Digital Transformation,Infrastructure, or Business Programs.
- Experience managing large cross-functional projects and executive stakeholders.
