Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist role based in Karnataka, India. The SEO Specialist will plan and execute SEO strategies that increase organic visibility and qualified traffic for PacketResolve’s website and related digital assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing on-page optimization, and executing technical and content-focused SEO initiatives in collaboration with marketing and product teams.

The role also involves ongoing SEO audits, monitoring performance through web analytics tools, and preparing regular reports with recommendations for improvement. The specialist will work closely with stakeholders to develop ethical link-building campaigns, optimize landing pages,



and stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong keyword research and on-page SEO skills, including content optimization, meta tags, and internal linking.

- Candidates should possess experience in SEO audits and technical SEO, including site structure, crawlability, indexation, and page-speed optimization.

- Candidates should possess capabilities in ethical link building, outreach, and authority growth strategies aligned with search engine guidelines.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) to measure and report performance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable insights.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and how SEO integrates with content, social media, and paid campaigns.

- Experience collaborating with developers and content teams on technical and content changes that impact search performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, or related technology domains is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Karnataka, India, with robust written and verbal communication skills in English.
