Role description In this dynamic role, you will act as a servant leader, Agile coach, and product owner for our work management and testing technologies, utilizing industry-leading tools like Rally, Jira, and Octane to own the test management lifecycle. By embedding modern practices and leveraging enterprise-approved AI tools in your daily workflows, you will drive operational efficiency, automate routine tasks, and empower our global, virtual teams to make data-informed decisions that positively impact on our organization's workforce.

Primary Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives), acting as a servant leader and coach to guide teams in adopting and implementing Agile principles
- Partners with product owners, delivery leads, and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to align project priorities and deliver high-value data analytics solutions
- Drive a metrics-focused Agile implementation, utilizing project and delivery metrics to meet sprint goals and facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Manage and own the test management lifecycle via Octane, including test planning, execution tracking, defect triage, and release readiness reporting
- Serve as a key administrator/product owner for teamwork management, intake, and testing technologies (Rally, Jira, Octane)
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and blockers impacting team productivity and project delivery
- Foster effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution across virtual, globally distributed teams to resolve dependencies and build an inclusive environment
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate administrative and product management tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate emerging product development trends and tools to inform solution design and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional industry experience, with a solid focus on Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban)
- 3+ years of experience working with software delivery methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional product and delivery teams to deliver value
- 2+ years of experience coordinating project delivery across virtual, globally distributed teams
- Proven experience utilizing work management platforms (such as Jira, Rally, or Swift Kanban) and test management systems (such as Octane) to track progress and manage workflows
- Demonstrated communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills in a fast-paced environment
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Qualified Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent professional Agile certification
- Experience in a People Analytics or Human Resources technology domain, working closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) or related talent functions
- Experience leveraging data analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to drive product direction
- Familiarity with leveraging enterprise-approved AI tools to automate routine tasks, streamline discovery, and improve productivity
