About The Role We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development practices, support high-performing teams, remove impediments, and ensure successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and SAFe.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles.
- Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage Agile workflows using Jira and Confluence.
- Support continuous improvement and encourage a culture of collaboration and transparency.
- Help teams follow Agile best practices and deliver quality outcomes within planned timelines.
- Coordinate across multiple Agile teams in large-scale environments.
- Support SAFe practices, PI Planning, and Agile Release Train activities where applicable.

Required Skills





- 3–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of SAFe / Scaled Agile Framework.
- Strong facilitation, communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive them toward resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
- Experience with multiple Scrum teams and distributed teams.
