Role Description The Science Faculty (6th to 10th) will be responsible for teaching Science to students from classes VI to X in line with the institute’s curriculum and academic standards. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, explaining core scientific concepts, conducting classroom assessments, and providing doubt-clearing sessions. The faculty member will monitor student progress, offer regular feedback,
and contribute to exam preparation strategies for school and competitive foundations.
Additional duties include preparing teaching materials, participating in academic meetings, and collaborating with other faculty members to enhance teaching methodologies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhagalpur.
Qualifications
- Solid subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for classes VI to X, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in classroom teaching, lesson planning, and student assessment in a school or coaching institute setting.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of diverse learning levels.
- Skills in mentoring, providing individualized support, and fostering analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort with using basic educational technology and digital resources to support teaching and learning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or a related discipline; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior experience preparing students for school exams and foundational competitive exam courses is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams and contribute to a positive, student-centered learning environment.
