✅ Strong Customer Service Management experience
✅ End-to-end implementation experience
✅ Complete understanding of SAP Service Management module
✅ Strong configuration and implementation knowledge
✅ Ability to work independently with clients
✅ Good communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Work on end-to-end SAP Service Management implementations
- Understand business requirements and provide SAP solutions
- Configure and support Customer Service Management processes
- Work independently with clients and stakeholders
- Analyze and resolve functional issues
- Support testing, deployment and post-go-live activities
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams
- Ensure successful delivery of SAP Service Management solutions
