Key Responsibilities

- Provide SME-level expertise in SAP MM and S/4HANA MM.
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation projects.
- Must have experience in more than one S/4HANA migration project.
- Lead SAP MM assessments and evaluate existing ECC processes, configurations, and business requirements.
- Define migration strategies, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate S/4HANA solutions.
- Lead SAP MM migration activities from assessment through implementation and stabilization.
- Provide expertise in Business Partner (BP) and CVI (Customer Vendor Integration).
- Analyze and support Customer/Vendor to Business Partner conversion activities.
- Configure and support core SAP MM processes, including:
- Procurement
- Purchasing
- Inventory Management
- Material Master
- Vendor/Business Partner Master Data
- Invoice Verification
- Account Determination
- Release Strategies
- Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Provide strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Work on integration of SAP MM with FI, SD, WM/EWM, and PP.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable S/4HANA MM solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution designs, process documentation, and migration-related documentation.
- Identify process gaps between SAP ECC and S/4HANA and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
- Lead functional workshops and interact with business stakeholders and client teams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to functional consultants working on MM migration activities.




- Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and post-migration stabilization.
- Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA best practices.

- Ability to analyze complex ECC environments and define the S/4HANA migration roadmap.
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA simplification and functional changes impacting MM.
- Ability to lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Robust stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to mentor functional teams and provide SME-level guidance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP MM / S/4HANA certification will be an advantage.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion projects.
- Experience in client-facing consulting and global implementation programs.
