Job Summary The EMEA SAP Integration Lead plays a critical role in the successful delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of Colliers’ integrated SAP platform across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, delivery, and management of application and interface integrations across SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, and supporting enterprise applications. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration/SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and proven experience delivering interfaces in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SuccessFactors environments. The Integration Lead will ensure integrations are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned to enterprise architecture standards, while enabling seamless data and process flow between Finance, HR, and wider business systems. Experience with SAP Public Cloud is mandatory for this role. Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Fiori development is desirable.

The role will be part of the SAP CoE team, reporting to the EMEA SAP Platform Solution Architect with a dotted line into the Enterprise Architecture Team.

Purpose of the Role The EMEA SAP Integration Lead will enable seamless integration between Colliers’ SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SuccessFactors, and supporting enterprise applications, ensuring efficient operations, reliable interface performance, data consistency, and effective collaboration across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

Application Integration Management

- - Lead, oversee, and manage application and interface integrations across the SAP integrated platform,



with a primary focus on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, architecture, and delivery teams to identify integration requirements and design fit-for-purpose solutions using SAP CPI/Integration Suite.
- Develop integration strategies and interface delivery plans to connect SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SuccessFactors with supporting applications such as payroll, banking institutions, Salesforce and other CRMs, financial forecasting tools, Power BI, and other regional platforms.
- Ensure integrations are implemented using secure, scalable, reusable, and supportable design patterns suitable for SAP Public Cloud environments.

Implement tracking and management mechanisms to monitor interface performance, error handling, data quality, and operational support readiness.
- - Act as the product and technical owner for integration platform technology solutions deployed within the Colliers SAP landscape, including SAP CPI/Integration Suite.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- - Provide guidance and support to local teams and external partners involved in integration development efforts.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Work closely with other technical teams who may be working on associated initiatives or require an understanding of the SAP integrations.
- Be familiar with architectural design and change advisory boards, presenting items as necessary and reviewing items presented by others for impact on the landscape.

Technical Expertise and Troubleshooting:
- - Possess strong technical knowledge of SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite, middleware platforms, APIs, authentication methods, and integration patterns relevant to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SuccessFactors.
- Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and solution reviews for SAP interface development and integration projects.
- Troubleshoot interface and integration issues in live service, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions within SAP Public Cloud and SuccessFactors landscapes.




- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to application integration.
- Strong ability to manage and develop technical design documentation, architectural viewpoints and integration diagrams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical industry experience).
- Relevant certifications within cloud computing, architecture or integration.

Additional Information

- Mandatory experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud integration and interface development.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite, including integration flows, adapters, APIs, message mapping, error handling, monitoring, and operational support.
- Proven experience developing and supporting interfaces for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Experience analysing integration patterns and determining the most appropriate approach for public cloud, SaaS, API-led, event-based, and file-based integration scenarios.
- Strong understanding of non-SAP integration technologies, middleware platforms, API concepts, authentication, security, and data transformation approaches.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical integration design decisions to business, architecture, and delivery stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with common integration patterns and authentication and security concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a collaborative, dynamic work environment.

- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including how it supports integration, extension, and application development scenarios.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori development or extension concepts, including user experience considerations for SAP applications.
- Familiarity with cloud computing services and their products, such as Azure, GCP and AWS
- An understanding of the concepts associated with microservices and Kubernetes.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Familiarity with middleware technologies such as Kafka, Confluent Kafka, or similar pub/sub event streaming platforms is desirable.
- Experience managing manual and automated testing of integrations
- Familiarity with IT Service Management systems, such as ServiceNow,
