Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP FICO and MM Trainer based in pune Nigdi. The trainer will design and deliver classroom and lab sessions on SAP FICO and Materials Management (MM), ensuring that learners understand core concepts, business processes, and system configurations. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, demonstrations, and exercises; guiding learners through real-time scenarios and practical assignments; and assessing progress through tests, projects,



and feedback sessions.

The role involves mentoring students on industry best practices, supporting them in interview preparation, and aligning course content with current SAP implementation standards and employer expectations. The trainer will collaborate with the institute’s academic and placement teams to continuously improve training quality and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong SAP FICO knowledge, including configuration, integration, and end-to-end financial business processes.
- Expertise in Materials Management (MM), covering procurement, inventory, and related business process flows.
- Demonstrated training and facilitation skills, with experience delivering structured, instructor-led sessions.
- Background in consulting or SAP implementation, with exposure to real-world business process mapping and solution design.
- Ability to create clear training content, case studies, and practical exercises aligned with industry requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or a related field; SAP certifications in FICO or MM are an advantage.
- Experience mentoring students or professionals and supporting them with interview and job-readiness preparation.
