MUST HAVE Mandatory skills for this position

- Hands on experience with Migration Cockpit (LTMC / LTMOM) for moving Finance / OTC / Logistic Objects
- Experience with any or combination of below migration tools (SAP BODS / Information Steward / Syniti ADM / Winshuttle etc.

Skills Required

- 7+ years experience with SAP data migrations
- Should have independently handled Data Migration activities in at least 1 project
- Good understanding of conversion tools, methodologies and best practices for Data Migration
- Experience with at least one data migration tool
- Data migration cockpit knowledge preferred, but not required
- Experienced with managing data migration design and development.
- Experience with managing mock data migrations cycles and data migration cutover to production.
- Functional SAP experience.
- Solid analytical / problem solving skills.
- Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.



Strong client service attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to be flexible and work under high pressure in a complex setting.

Responsibilities: Duties include but may not be limited to

- Support functional Data Migration Team in design and gap analysis project.
- Compile and confirm Data Object Inventory.
- Fine tine Data Migration design schedule.
- Work closely with Data Migration Team and Functional Team to coordinate data mapping, transformation and validation rules for different data objects from legacy systems to SAP.
- Provide guidance to Business in data harmonization and data cleansing.
- Advise Business on options, risks and any impacts related to data conversion.
- Provide day-to-day leadership of data design activities including tracking progress.
