We are seeking an experienced

SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst with robust expertise in

SAP MM and PP to support supply chain transformation and business process initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to understand requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and support implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and document end-to-end supply chain business processes across

Procurement, Inventory, Materials Management, and Production Planning

.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.

- Translate business requirements into SAP MM/PP functional specifications.

- Support SAP MM processes including

Procure-to-Pay, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, and Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt

.

- Support SAP PP processes including

Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Work Centers, Routing, and Production Execution

.

- Identify process gaps and recommend SAP-based solutions.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.





- Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams for solution design and implementation.

- Support integration between MM/PP and other SAP modules such as

SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and QM

.

- Participate in testing activities including

SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution

.

- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.

- Prepare training materials and support business users during deployment and post-go-live.

- Participate in workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience as an

SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst / Functional Analyst

.

- Strong hands-on functional knowledge of

SAP MM and SAP PP

.

- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.

- Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation.

- Experience with

SIT/UAT and defect management

.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
