Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP CAPM Developer with 8 10 years of experience in SAP application development and a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) . The candidate will design, develop, integrate, and deploy scalable cloud applications on SAP BTP, with strong expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5, integration, APIs, and SAP HANA Cloud.

Required Technical Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with SAP BTP
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CAP/CAPM Mandatory
- Strong development experience in Node.js / JavaScript, Java, or Python
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori / SAPUI5
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud
- Experience with SAP Cloud Foundry
- Knowledge of SAP Kyma Runtime
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI
- Strong understanding of API Management
- Good knowledge of OData services and REST APIs
- Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and cloud deployment tools
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA extensions and integrations

Architecture & Security
- Design scalable, secure, resilient applications on SAP BTP.
- Good understanding of cloud application architecture and design patterns.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Hands-on understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and identity management.
- Experience with BTP roles, authorizations, subaccounts, destinations, and security configurations.
- Understanding of enterprise security and data privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities Application Development
- Design and develop cloud-native applications using SAP CAP/CAPM on SAP BTP.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js/Java/Python.




- Build responsive enterprise applications using SAP Fiori and SAPUI5.
- Develop and consume OData and REST APIs.
- Extend SAP S/4HANA functionality using SAP BTP services.

Integration
- Design and implement integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Develop integration scenarios using SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
- Configure and consume APIs using SAP API Management.
- Work with OData, REST, and other enterprise integration technologies.

BTP Platform
- Work with SAP BTP Cloud Foundry and Kyma environments.
- Configure BTP services, destinations, applications, and runtime environments.
- Work with SAP HANA Cloud for application data management.
- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Architecture & Security
- Design secure and scalable BTP application architectures.
- Implement authentication, authorization, roles, and access controls.
- Work with OAuth, SAML, identity providers, and enterprise security standards.
- Ensure applications comply with security and data privacy requirements.

DevOps & Performance
- Follow CI/CD and DevOps practices for application development and deployment.
- Use Git and related DevOps tools for source control and release management.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Optimize applications for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Preferred Skills

- SAP BTP certification is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA extensibility.
- Knowledge of SAP Build / SAP Build Apps is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
