About The Role The Senior Director –

- Salesforce Engineering at Mirketa Inc. is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and scaling the Salesforce technical organization. Based in Noida, NCR, India, this role involves managing a team of 40–60 Salesforce professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and maintaining architectural governance across multiple projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with extensive Salesforce expertise, proven experience in managing large technical teams, and a strong ability to operate confidently within complex client and executive environments. This role requires active participation in client technical discussions, solution design workshops, and architecture reviews.

The Senior

Director will also be responsible for defining development standards, ensuring compliance with best practices, and serving as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges. Additionally, this position involves collaborating with sales and presales teams, supporting RFP responses, and contributing to business growth initiatives. The role demands a blend of technical depth, strategic thinking, and leadership acumen to drive excellence in Salesforce engineering and client satisfaction.





Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess over 15 years of industry experience, primarily within mid-sized consulting organizations, with exposure to larger consulting environments. Proven experience managing teams of 25 or more, with a preference for managing 40–60 professionals, is essential. Candidates must have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and platform architecture.

Salesforce Architect

Certification (Application Architect, System Architect, or higher) is mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in designing and governing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions is critical.

Experience working with US-based clients and distributed or global delivery teams is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, team members, and executive leadership. A strategic mindset, technical credibility, and leadership excellence are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership &

- Architecture: Provide overall technical leadership for a large Salesforce team, guiding multiple concurrent projects. Participate actively in client technical discussions, solution design workshops, and architecture reviews. Create, review, and approve technical architecture documents, solution designs, and integration strategies. Lead an Architecture Governance Forum to ensure consistency, security, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges, offering hands-on troubleshooting and code-level guidance when necessary. Define, implement, and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural principles.

Delivery &

- Governance: Ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across multiple Salesforce programs through technical governance. Collaborate with Delivery, PMO,



and Client Leadership teams to align solutions with business objectives. Support RFP and proposal responses, including solution architecture, effort estimation, and technical narratives. Take on billable responsibilities on client projects to maintain technical engagement and leadership.

People Management &

- Talent Development: Directly manage and mentor senior architects, technical leads, and engineering managers. Own hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of Salesforce technical talent. Build and execute career paths, coaching plans, and succession strategies. Drive performance management, skills development, Salesforce certifications, and initiatives aimed at technical excellence.

Client &

- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor to US-based clients, participating in evening or night calls/meetings as required. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Executive Leadership teams to support growth initiatives and strengthen client relationships.
