- Salesforce Communications Solution Architects
- Salesforce Communications Technical Architects
- Salesforce Communications Cloud Developers (EPC, CPQ, Order Management, OmniStudio)
- Salesforce Business Analysts / Process Analysts (with Comms Cloud delivery experience)
- Salesforce DevOps and Release Engineers (with Comms Cloud experience)
- Scrum Masters (who have run Comms Cloud build pods)
- QA and test leads (with Comms Cloud experience)
- Integration specialists who have connected Comms Cloud to telco BSS/OSS
If your title is not on the list but you have real Communications Cloud delivery behind you, still get in touch and let's discuss how you could contribute.
The one thing that is not negotiable
Hands-on Salesforce Communications Cloud experience. Core Salesforce or Sales/Service Cloud experience on its own is not what we are looking for. We need people who have worked inside the Industries stack on live telco programmes.

Not all of these, and none of them are mandatory, but they help us place you faster. Legacy Vlocity certifications count.

What else matters
- You have worked on a real telco greenfield programme, not just working on CRs or product configuration on existing BAU orgs
- You are comfortable in a contract model
- You can talk through what you personally built, not what your team delivered
- Your notice period is or can be negotiated to maximum of 30 days
