Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data architectures using Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).

The role will focus on enabling Customer 360, real-time insights, data activation, and AI-driven use cases across Salesforce Clouds. The candidate will own end-to-end architecture, provide technical leadership, establish best practices, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Architecture

- Lead and own the end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 architecture.
- Design scalable enterprise data architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices for Data Cloud implementations.
- Design unified customer profiles and Customer 360 solutions.

Identity Resolution & Data Unification
- Design and implement identity resolution strategies to create unified customer profiles.
- Define data models and processes for integrating data from multiple sources.
- Work with MDM and CDP concepts to ensure consistent and reliable customer data.

Data Integration & Ingestion

- Architect data ingestion and integration solutions using APIs, MuleSoft, batch, and real-time integrations.
- Define integration patterns between Salesforce Data Cloud and external enterprise systems.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable data movement across platforms.

Data Activation

- Enable data activation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Design solutions to make unified customer data available for business processes and customer engagement.




- Support real-time insights and personalized customer experiences.

Data Governance & Security

- Define and implement data governance, security, consent, privacy, and data quality standards.
- Ensure Salesforce Data Cloud solutions comply with enterprise security and governance requirements.
- Establish appropriate data access and security controls.

AI & Advanced Analytics

- Support AI, Einstein, Agentforce, and advanced analytics use cases using Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Enable trusted and unified data foundations for AI-driven business solutions.
- Collaborate with AI and analytics teams to support Customer 360 and intelligent automation initiatives.

Technical Leadership

- Act as the Salesforce Data Cloud SME and provide technical guidance to development and architecture teams.
- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with Salesforce and enterprise architecture standards.
- Mentor teams and guide them on Data Cloud implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and other technical architects.

Required Skills & Experience : ---------------------------------

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably with 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Customer 360, CDP, and MDM concepts.
- Experience designing enterprise data integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, batch, and real-time integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of data ingestion, data modelling, identity resolution, and data activation.
- Experience with data governance, security, consent, privacy, and data quality.
- Robust solution design and enterprise architecture capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
