Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Chennai.

The Sales

Specialist will engage prospective and existing customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Jaguar and Land Rover models and configurations.

Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, explaining features and financing options, preparing quotations, and managing the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to delivery.



The role involves maintaining accurate records in dealership systems, following up with leads, and building long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and after-sales support.

The Sales

Specialist will also collaborate with the sales management team on promotions, participate in training sessions, and uphold brand standards in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and deliver a premium showroom experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including consultative selling and negotiation, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess experience or aptitude in Sales Management and Training to support team initiatives, product knowledge sessions, and process improvements.
- Relevant experience in automotive retail or luxury brands is beneficial, along with familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, with a valid driving license and willingness to work showroom hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
