Role Description The Sales Support Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting the sales team in managing day-to-day operations and client interactions. This role includes preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations; maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities; and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth project handovers.

The Sales Support

Coordinator will handle customer queries, follow up on prospects,



schedule meetings and site visits, and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include generating reports, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, assisting with documentation, and supporting the sales leadership in organizing reviews and forecasting activities. The position is offered at a compensation level of 4 LPA.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and support sales decision-making.
- Candidates should possess efficient Administrative Assistance abilities, including documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field, along with familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and design teams, with high attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or operations support in technology, luxury, or real estate sectors is an advantage.
