Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot.

The Sales

Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers, present product features and advantages, and provide tailored solutions for aluminum and glass railing systems. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships,



coordinating with installation and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and gathering market feedback to support continuous improvement.

The Sales

Specialist may participate in training sessions, trade events, and showroom activities to promote Metalo’s products and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Training and Sales Management to support team development and contribute to structured sales processes.
- Relevant experience in construction materials, building products, or architectural solutions is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, travel locally as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM tools, email, spreadsheets) and strong organizational skills.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
