Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive will work full time on-site in Gurugram, driving sales growth and brand visibility for INDOGRIP’s MEP and building material product range. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing customers, and conducting regular market visits to understand client needs and industry trends. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities, preparing sales proposals and quotations,



and coordinating product demonstrations and technical presentations with prospective clients.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing plans, maintain accurate sales records and reports, and support post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional and growth strategies.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or industrial segments.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present technical solutions clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Experience in building materials, MEP, HVAC, or related industrial products is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in the field, travel to client sites, and manage time and territory efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
