We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Solar Sales Manager to lead and grow our solar sales business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve solar business targets

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for rooftop and commercial solar projects

- Meet builders, industries, commercial establishments, and residential customers

- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance

- Track sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities

- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities

Requirements

- Experience in solar sales / renewable energy sales





- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to achieve sales targets independently

- Willingness to travel across assigned locations

- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and solar products will be an added advantage

- Minimum qualification: Any Degree / Diploma

Preferred Experience

- 3+ years of experience in solar sales or sales
