Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Noida.

The Sales

Manager will lead and grow a portfolio of clients interested in branded merchandise, driving recent business and expanding existing accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations and product demos, negotiating contracts and pricing, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction, and achievement of revenue targets.

Manager will also analyze sales performance,



forecast pipeline, and contribute to strategic initiatives that support market expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closing.
- Account management experience with a focus on client relationship building, retention, and upselling.
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage pricing discussions and contract terms.
- Comfort with CRM tools and basic sales analytics for pipeline management and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and consultative selling abilities.
- Experience in merchandising, printing, e-commerce, or B2B services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Goal-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
